DESCRIPTION:SilverSneakers classes are being provided by a partnership between Tampa YMCA and South Bay Hospital twice a week  on Mondays and Thursdays.  These classes\, available for persons 55 and older\, are taught by SilverSneakers-certified instructors and are intended to engage young at heart active older aduls by providing physical activity in an environment that enhances social interaction.\n\nAll exercises are designed to improve daily living skills.
