3rd Annual Murray I. Blanchard Golf Tournament to benefit Tampa Bay Arts and Education Network, a non-profit organization formed in 1987 to serve the Tampa Bay area as a resource to develop the community of the mind.
The shotgun format will include contests and complimentary food and beverage buffet will follow together with awards.
