The St. Petersburg Times is proud to present the annual Ruskin PetFest in the charming town of Ruskin, Florida. This "paw" friendly, full off-leash, event can be one the entire family can enjoy with a pet fashion contest, children's activities and musical entertainment for all ages to enjoy. This event benefits Critter Adoption and Rescue Effort, Inc. (C.A.R.E.), a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter in Ruskin. Help Tampa Bay go the dogs for a good cause!
