ALS COPCN Hearing (Hybrid)

Description

This is a quasi-judical hearing for the Emergency Medical Planning Council. A provider is applying for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity in order to operate three (3) Advanced Life Support Ground ambulances in Hillsborough County.
 
A quasi-judical hybrid meeting is hearing style meeting where a quorum of the board members or the hearing officers meet in-person at a physical location, and those with a direct interest in the hearing can attend either in-person or virtually. The rest of the board, staff and general public participate virtually. If you are being sworn in and want to appear virtually, you must have a working computer or phone with a camera to participate.
