Facing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

The Women's Business Centre (WBC) will host a Mastermind Roundtable Discussion around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workforce using the Three R's: Reflect, Refocus, and Re-evaluate.

Panelists will discuss challenges they have faced both personally and professionally - but will also focus on how as a society we can help support change in Tampa Bay. Through a series of moderated questions, attendees will have the opportunity to hear and engage in meaningful dialogue that will allow them to gain further insight as to why diversity and inclusion is important.

Covid-19 has shown us that socio-economic inequities exist beyond the paycheck. They call for us to adjust how we interact, work, live, and learn -- meaning we must consider the nuances of the "New Normal".

Attendees will gain knowledge on:
Assessing the current state of diversity and inclusion

• Understanding the impact of unconscious bias
• Shifting from Diversity & Inclusion to Diversity, Inclusion and Equity
• Moving the needle post COVID-19
