Description
The United Methodist Church of Sun City Center invites you to join them on Friday for popcorn and a family movie, The Shack. There will be two showings, a matinee at 2:30 and an evening showing at 6:30. This is a free movie for the community.
The Shack is about how Mack Phillips spirals into a deep depression that causes him to question his innermost beliefs, after suffering a family tragedy. Facing a crisis of faith, he receives a mysterious letter urging him to an adandoned shack in the Oregon wilderness. Despite his doubts, Mack journeys to the shack and encounters an enigmatic trio of strangers led by a woman nanmed Papa. Through this meeting, Mack finds important truths that will transform his understanding of his tragedy and change his life forever.
