Preferred Minimum age: 13
*** however children 10 and up may be allowed based on the mutual assessment of the parent and the instructor. For children under 13, the parent will be required to be present.
Parent must sign waiver for minors.
Wear the clothes that you would wear during your typical day.
If that is sneakers and jeans, fine.
If that is high heels and a skirt, fine.
(please wear shorts under your skirt)
Please do not wear jewelry.
