Growing Human Capital with a S.M.I.L.E. is offering a free 45 minute leadership training for companies over the next couple of months. Their trainings are packed full of information, interaction with the intent of creating business relationships and a fun learning environment for building awareness.
 
Their goal is to have each person walk away with at least one mind changing idea that will create a desire for motivation and self- improvement to increase productivity in the group and organization. In the training, they will define leadership, discuss a few myths of leadership, collaborate on leaders building unity through diversity, and share how leadership begins with a S.M.I.L.E.
