Family Support & Resource Centers Prevent Blindness Florida. Free Vision Screening. Prevent Blindness Florida will be providing free vision screening (a $23 value) for children and youth ages 4 - 18. No appointment is necessary. To those who qualify, assistance will be provided for glasses and exams.
