Vendor Booth Information

Inside Vendor Booth – GRCC members only, limited space available and is based on first come, first served – full payment must be received to secure your space (no payments plans available this year).  Table and chair provided by the Hilton Garden Inn.  Cost per vendor booth space $100 (GRCC members only)

Outside Patio Area Vendor Booth - Limited space available and is based on first come, first served – full payment must be received (payment plan not available).  Vendor provides own table, chair & tent.  GRCC members $50 or Non-members $100 

Outside Parking Lot Vendor Booth Space - Vendor provides own table, chair & tent.  GRCC members $45 or Non-members $90 

RESTAURANTS:  To supply samples of their menu. NO Food or Beverage Sales.  If a restaurant is providing food samples and is a current GRCC member – they will receive a FREE vendor booth.  Outside vendor booths are available for grilling samples. 

NON-PROFIT Organizations:  Outside Parking Lot Vendor Booth Space - Vendor provides own table, chair & tent.  GRCC members $25 or Non-members $50
