Groundbreaking Ceremony for Rivercrest CDD Community Center Expansion

Rivercrest CDD is thrilled to invite you to their official groundbreaking ceremony for the NEW expansion of their Community Center on Saturday, October 18th at 10:00 AM.  This Community Development District here in the Riverview area is home to over 1,200 single family homes and townhomes.

This latest addition will be for a brand new cabana facility and beautiful pool.  This new area will provide space and facilities for residents to host social gatherings and for the community to conduct fun activities.

They would love to have the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce on hand alongside local dignitaries to recognize this awesome achievement.  This $1.9 million dollar expansion is being paid for without any increase in cost to their residents!!!

Refreshments will be served while you network with other guests.

To arrive at the groundbreaking site, turn east onto Symmes Road from US Hwy 301.  Follow Symmes a little more than 1/2 a mile and turn right onto Ramble Creek Drive.  There will be signs and eventually parking attendants on hand to direct you from that point.
