Florida Licensing on Wheels brings the following motorist services directly to customers: first-time licenses, conversion of out-of-state licenses, renewals, replacements for lost or stolen licenses, address/name changes, ID cards, reinstatements, emergency contact information registrations, vehicle registration renewals, and disabled parking placard issuances and renewals. Fees may vary. This program is in partnership with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
