Description

Hillsborough Community College launched a free training program in partnership with Verizon to boost in-demand job skills and workplace connections. The innovative program includes flexible learning formats, building industry experience and developing the most sought-after aptitudes needed for in-demand fields.

Individuals who complete the training will be paired with a mentor, job shadow or be placed in an internship with local companies. Limited need-based scholarships for unpaid intern placement are available. This program targets under-served and in-need populations.
