Hillsborough County Land Use Hearing Officer (Hybrid)

Description

This Land Use Hearing Officer (LUHO) public hearing is a hybrid public hearing, so interested parties can participate virtually by means of communications media technology and in person.

The LUHO will cover the following:

Special Uses
Variances
Vested Rights
Vested Rights Extensions
Accessing the hearing

We encourage virtual participation, but in-person participation is also available at the time and location found below.
