Description
This Land Use Hearing Officer (LUHO) public hearing is a hybrid public hearing, so interested parties can participate virtually by means of communications media technology and in person.
The LUHO will cover the following:
- Administrative Decision Appeals
- Special Uses
- Variances
- Vested Rights
- Vested Rights Extensions
