Description
This is a hybrid public hearing for phosphate mining requests.
A hybrid meeting is hearing style meeting where the board, or a quorum of the board meets in person and all others can choose to participate in-person or virtually. For those who wish to participate virtually, you will need to fill out the online form to speak at a meeting. If you are participating in-person you do not have to fill out the form, but it is highly encouraged.
