Land Use Appeals Board (Hybrid)

Description

This Land Use Appeals Board (LUAB) is a hybrid quasi-judicial hybrid public hearing. The LUAB holds hearings the first Friday of the month, unless indicated otherwise. If there are no appeals filed, the hearing will be canceled.

• All appeals to the LUAB are limited to the record of the original public hearing and no new testimony or evidence may be introduced
• LUABmay uphold the decision of the LUHO, or it may remand the case back to the original Hearing Officer for reconsideration on specific issues
• LUAB also determines whether a person or entity has standing to appeal or intervene in an appeal at the hearing

Accessing the hybrid hearing:
Information on attending the hearing or making public comment virtually will be available at least 72 hours prior to the start of the hearing.
