LEAD Session One - Identifying the Importance of Effective Communication

Description

This session will be held at Camp Cristina, led by Executive Director Dave Boyle. Participants will take part in a discussion of "Identifying the Importance of Effective Communication" and a Team Building exercise. 

Dave Boyle, an Executive Director with Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA will lead Session One. Dave is a versatile operations manager with a record of guiding struggling programs back towards stability and financial success. His communication skills have been a major part in allowing him to provide this type of guidance. The specific topic for this session is Identify the Importance of Effective Communication. Much of this will be discovered through Team Building exercises.
