Description
The South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Centre Club, and Equality Florida invite you to a unique workshop to learn ways to successfully recruit, retain, and improve productivity through workplace policies that create equality for LGBTQ employees and clients.
Designes for business leaders and human resources managers, workshop attendees will:
- Define the connections between diversity and inclusion and business results
- Identify and address gaps between policy and practice
- Explore unconscious bias behaviors
- Acquire skills and tools to strengthen inclusive behaviors
- Learn inclusion best practices to recruit and retain top talent and increase productivity
- Obtain membership in Equality Florida's Another Business for Equality registry (a $50 value)
