Description
Are you feeling stuck or unmotivated? Perhaps you lack a sense of clarity or purpose? If so, this workshop is for you. Participants will learn the power of mental conditioning, and the specifics of how to unleash their sense of purpose and motivation, including:
- The mental formula behind motivation
- How our beliefs form our perceptions
- How to identify our own mental blueprints
- Techniques for shifting our mindset to get the results we want

About the Instructor
Lynne Couchara is the founder and owner of Mindset Mental Coaching in Tampa, FL. She started her career in the fast-paced corporate world as a systems engineer and project manager. She was often in the midst of tight deadlines, demanding managers, and unattainable expectations. She often felt stressed and burnt out. To stay centered, she practiced yoga and meditation, and eventually brought these practices into her workplace after hours to help her colleagues relieve stress. This proved to be very helpful, so Ms. Couchara decided to formally study various wellness methods, and attained certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, and Sports Psychology Coaching. Eventually Ms. Couchara decided to turn her passion for helping other people into her life’s work. She left the trappings of the corporate world to start her business, Mindset Mental Coaching. Today she helps people overcome mental obstacles, improve performance, relieve stress, and create the lives they want. She also consults with many athletic and corporate teams to help them improve performance, work better together, and achieve the results they desire.
Ms. Couchara is also a speaker in the medical society and has spoken at several world-renowned medical conferences. She is currently part of a research team to evaluate the effect of hypnosis therapy on pain and anxiety following surgery, and to quantify its effects on post-operative opioid use.
