Description

Instructor Bonnie Phillips will teach you how to incorporate pen and ink into your journal, scrapbook, on plain paper, or on any creative project using a technical ink pen and an affordable disposable pen. It's quick, easy, and no special abilities are needed. All supplies are included. For adults. Limited to 15 participants. Registration is required through the calendar feature at HCPLC.org; each participant must register separately.
