Ebb and Flow Yoga Life is an all inclusive yoga and wellness studio offering yoga, mediation, sound healing, massage and acupuncture, as well as fire and ice classes. They believe that yoga is for everyone and not about if you can touch your toes or what you see on Instagram. They want to know how you feel when you step off the mat. Yoga heals all.
