Ribbon Cutting for KB Home's Northgate Community

For those who have attended new community Ribbon Cuttings in the past, you know how enjoyable they can be.  Getting to tour the model homes, enjoying delicious catered food, bar service and posing for some kooky photos all make for a FUN time.  So here's your chance again.

Our friends at KB Home want to show off their latest community in the area - Northgate in Gibsonton.  We will be cutting the Ribbon right about 5:30, but feel free to hang out and enjoy catering by Columbia Restaurant. This new Gated community with a cabana and pool and has Low HOA fees and no CDD fees.

You should be able to put in 7224 Symmes Road for your navigation needs.  If that doesn't work, please follow these directions.  Northgate is located at the NW corner of Symmes Road and North Street in Gibsonton.  North Street is approximately 1 mile east of US Hwy 41.  Follow the signs to the Model Office.
