Description
The Ruskin Senior Center with Hillsborough County, will be hosting an Open House for Active Adults 50+ to celebrate National Senior Health and Fitness Day. There will be a variety of exercise and special presentations this day from 10 to 2. The agenda for the day is as follows: S.H.I.N.E will present at 10, Line Dance class at 11, Health Presentation "What is Occupational Therapy and the benefits" at 12:30 and Chair exercise at 1:30.
Active Adults 60+ can also learn about and registar for Hillsborough County's Nutrition Program. The program is free to all adults living in Hillsborough county age 60 and over.
The event is free for all Active adults age 50+.
