Description
You are invited to Savvy Seniors's Lunch and Learn. Enjoy physician lectures from Frank A. Sirchia ("The Benefits of Preventative Medicine") and Bradley Bufkin ("Listen to Your Heart"). Also expect to try a 15-minute low impact chair aerobics class and lunch provided during the event.
