Representative Ross Spano (R-Dover) cordially invites you to attend his first-ever Small Business Roundtable which has been scheduled for Friday, February 15th from 9-11 am at the Winthrop Barn Theatre.
Ross anticipates this to be a quarterly gathering, the Roundtable will welcome the area’s small business owners and provide them with a forum to meet with state and local government officials and address the impact of rules, regulations and lawmaking as it relates to their bottom line.
The purpose of the event is twofold: to serve as an educational resource for small business owners (who, unlike larger companies, are not typically involved in the lawmaking process) and also provide an outlet for them to share the troubles and concerns that they face in expanding or, in some cases, keeping their doors open. By hearing directly from small business owners in an organized setting, I hope that we will be able to better represent them in Tallahassee as well as here at home.
If you have a particular issue or concern and would like to be included on this meeting’s agenda, or wish to confirm your attendance, you may do so using the RSVP link provided below. You may also contact Jonathan Rees or Gloria Perez at (813) 655-3742.

Business owners planning to attend are strongly encouraged to submit their issues or discussion items using the RSVP link below. The Roundtable will also welcome members of the Hillsborough County Commission and other state and locally elected officials as special guest attendees.
“As a small business owner, I’ve experienced the hardships that our local employers face first-hand. I want this event to facilitate meaningful change for those who have put it all on the line to succeed,” added Spano.
