Come for lunch and get to know other Young Professionals in the South Shore area! This month's SSYPA Lunch is going to be a dynamite event! We are introducing a new format and new location, while keeping the networking and getting to know each other approach that makes SSYPA great!
This month's educational topic will be:
Making Yourself Judgment Proof: Basics of Business Formation and Asset Protection
As a young professional, you may be wondering how you can best protect your assets. If you are a business owner, are you a sole-proprietor, limited liability corporation, professional association, or corporation? If you are an employee, what type of business are you working for? Dixie T. Brady, Esquire, will be educating us on the differences of business formation and why it matters in protecting your assets over the long haul.
