Description
Meet Mbeku, a very tricky tortoise determined to fly like a bird so he can eat the best food in the jungle. This humorous, traditional tale from the Igbo people of Nigeria shows how the tortoise got his rough, checkered shell as a consequence of his greediness and cunning. For ages 4 and up. Presented by the City of Tampa’s Creative Arts Theatre Company.
