Aparicio-Levy Technical College offers high-quality career programs that prepare adult students for immediate employment.

We are a public college, offering affordable and short career programs.

ALTC is one of Florida's public postsecondary technical colleges.

Our campus, the newest of three technical colleges operated by Hillsborough County Public School District, is located in the eastern portion of Hillsborough County. The college is housed in one building, built in 2006.

We offer four career programs:

Emergency Medical Technician - ATD
Firefighter
Computer Systems and Information Technology (CSIT)
Veterinary Assisting

Our program instructors receive their teaching certification from the Florida Department of Education or Hillsborough County Public Schools. Instructors have a minimum of six years work experience in their field as well as an industry certification or license.

Each program maintains a program advisory committee that has developed many partnerships, cooperative agreements, and apprenticeships over the years, and these committees are a valuable resource for our graduates seeking employment.
