Mosaic was formed in 2004 through the combination of IMC Global Inc. and the crop nutrition business of Cargill, Incorporated. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, we employ more than 12,000 people in eight countries. Our shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol MOS.
